Description
The sirloin roasting joint is Longhorn at its most straightforward. No tricks, no fuss – just well-reared beef from a breed that rewards patience, prepared properly by our butchery.
Longhorn cattle are slow-grown on permanent pasture. The result is beef with deep marbling, good fat cover, and a flavour that holds up whether you roast it hot for Sunday lunch or take it low and slow over several hours.
Each joint is 1kg. If you’re planning ahead, cooking for a larger table, or simply want good beef in the freezer, the four-joint option gives you a full third of a sirloin at £130, a saving of £10 against buying separately.
Ask us when you order if you have a preference for bone-in or boned and rolled.
