Middle White makes a very good sausage. It’s a breed known for its fat, and that’s exactly what keeps a sausage juicy, gives it colour in the pan and stops it drying out in the oven.
Sold in 500g and 1kg packs, so you can order as many as your table needs. Add them alongside your centrepiece, or on top of a Celebration Box if your household runs on sausages.
