For the first time, we’re offering turkey alongside our own beef and pork. We’ve partnered with the Kelly family for one reason: they care for their birds the way we care for our animals.
A KellyBronze takes around seven months to reach maturity, where most commercial birds are finished in twelve weeks. They live outside on grass and under trees, on a proper diet, and are dry-plucked by hand and hung for up to two weeks. The result is richer meat, crisp skin and a bird that cooks more quickly than you’d expect.
Most people land on a 5kg bird, which feeds a full table with enough left for the best meal of the whole thing: the sandwich on Boxing Day.

CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDER
- This is a pre-order for Christmas, with delivery from the week commencing 14th December. Your bird will be delivered directly from the Kellys’ farm.
