Our Middle White leg with the bone taken out, rolled and tied by hand into a neat, even joint. It roasts evenly, carves into clean slices from end to end and still gives you a full covering of crackling.
A good choice for a big table when you want everything on the plate and nothing left on the board.

Weights shown are minimum weights. With the bone removed, a boned & rolled joint serves more people per kilo than one on the bone.
