Description
The base of a proper Christmas stuffing. Mix it with breadcrumbs, onion and herbs, roll it into balls or press it into a tray, or use it to stuff the neck of the bird.
It makes very good sausage rolls for Christmas Eve, too. Sold in 500g and 1kg packs.
