The same Longhorn sirloin, with the butchery done for you. We take out the bone, roll the joint in its own fat cap and tie it by hand, so it roasts evenly and carves straight into neat, generous slices.
No bones to work around and nothing left on the board. The one to choose if you’d rather spend Christmas morning away from the carving knife.

Weights shown are minimum weights. With the bone removed, a boned & rolled joint serves more people per kilo than one on the bone.
