Description
A BBQ box should cover the week, not just one evening. This one does. Five kilograms of heritage breed meat across Middle White pork and Longhorn beef. Enough for a proper outdoor cook and a few good meals beyond it.
Everything in this box comes from breeds raised slowly on our Herefordshire farm, and butchered on site.

The breeds
Middle White pork has been raised at Huntsham for over 30 years. The fat is sweet, the flavour is rich, and the belly strips and chops take well to smoke and direct heat alike. Our sausages are made from a selection of cuts, lightly seasoned, with a casing that colours beautifully on the grill.
The Longhorn beef is dry-aged and properly hung. The thick flank minute steaks have character. It’s a cut that rewards confidence with the heat, and the mince makes some of the best burgers you’ll cook outside a restaurant kitchen.
Delivery
Orders over £69.99 are delivered free of charge. Below that threshold, there is a £10 delivery charge. Delivered in insulated packaging, chilled and ready to grill or freeze on arrival.
