Easter at Huntsham
Easter has always meant slow cooking, long tables, and the pleasure of a meal that deserves a little effort. We think that starts with the meat.
Each box is built around one of two heritage breeds, Middle White pork or Longhorn beef, slow-reared on our Herefordshire farm and chosen for the depth of flavour that only time and good land can produce. Your choice of centrepiece, your table, your Easter.
Alongside the roasting joint, every box includes Longhorn mince, Longhorn diced beef, and a kilogram of our Middle White sausages. Enough for the main event on Sunday and a couple of good weeknight meals besides.
Choose your breed:
Middle White Pork: – A heritage roasting joint, butchered from shoulder or leg depending on availability. Rich, sweet fat and crackling that speaks for itself. Feeds 6-8. £75.
Longhorn Beef: – Silverside joint. Deep flavour, more time hung, equally good cold the next day. Feeds 6-8. £70.
